Refund Policy

All sales of digital goods are final. Once a download link or course access has been delivered, refunds are not issued - this is standard practice for digital products and lets us keep prices low.

But here's what we will do:

• If a file is corrupted, broken, or doesn't match what was advertised, email ryanherrickcontact@gmail.com and Ryan will personally make it right - repair, replacement, or full refund at our discretion.
• If your DaVinci Resolve version isn't supported, we'll either provide a backwards-compatible version or refund the purchase.
• If you bought the course and the curriculum isn't what you expected within 7 days, reply to your order email - we'll discuss.

We don't ghost. Reply to any order email and you'll get a real human response within 24 hours.
